A new amusement park is being built in Coney Island in 1904. But they are constructing it right on the dune home of Selena, a tough little rabbit who lives there. Selena, along with her new friend Millie, confront the builders. One of the men is very nasty to both Millie & Selena, something they won’t forget. But they have to admit that the new park is starting to look very pretty!

This magical story weaves together the friendship of two girls, and how they confront the men who have destroyed Selena’s home.
