Jeffrey Lindberg is a professional illustrator whose cover paintings appeared on books from Scholastic, Random House, Simon & Schuster, Pocket Books, and other major publishers for more than two decades. He has taught illustration and computer graphics at Kean University in New Jersey since 2002, and publishes under his own imprint, Flying Rabbit Press. Santa Rides the Subways — written in 1995 while living in Brooklyn’s Sunset Park neighborhood and drawn from his Puerto Rican heritage — is his second picture book as author and illustrator.
